Our TI and building alteration work begins at the outset. We work with you on initial layout and design, and our architect can pull all the permits necessary for your work. We then work alongside you during construction, handling all aspects of the job as well as custom electrical wiring and communication needs, custom lighting, doors, windows and hatches. With our full-service commitment to you, we can also handle plumbing, electrical, framing, HVAC, dry wall, and flooring - there's no need for you to subcontract. We can make suggestions on all your finishes, and we will make changes during construction to your specifications. Structures include:
